Melanie Lewis

Oversees all processes and procedures of all GA offices. Inspires creativity, positive customer service, and quality caregiving at all levels. Has 25 years of direct care experience.

Daniel Lewis

Oversees all processes and procedures of all GA offices. Manages our leadership team of high-level operations, business development, new technology implementation. Has 5 years of direct care experience.

Angela Rocheleau

Ms. Rocheleau’s career has spanned nearly four decades in the home health care arena throughout Massachusetts with a focused presence in the Central and West regions. She has held progressive leadership roles with home care organizations serving the frail elder and disabled populations. Ms. Rocheleau has demonstrated experience with all home care services with emphasis on state ASAP contracts. She is committed to mentoring future leaders in the industry and serving on Committees and Boards supporting services to elders and the home care industry.

Ms. Rocheleau is well respected by her teams, colleagues and peers and was recently elected as President of the Board of the Home Care Aide Council for 2026, an industry trade association.

Angela’s passion in her career has been to assist her teams to set the standard of quality home care and to strive daily to serve elders in the community to age at home with dignity and quality care. Additionally, she has worked as an advocate in the home care space to help raise the level of quality provided by agencies providing care to our most frail.

Anne Marie Brightman

Responsible for directing all aspects of operation contributing to a positive experience for clients and employees. Oversees locations Greater Boston and North in addition to oversees community relations efforts at all sites. Anne Marie started her career as a CNA in a nursing home and has dedicated 30+ years working in the Senior Services continuum.
Director of Operations

Lynne Walkling

Oversees Billerica and Bedford, NH office operations including designing solutions, managing and recruiting caregivers, evaluating all staff performance, scheduling and case management. Also participates in community relations and implement policies and procedures. Has 12 years of direct care experience.
Regional Manager

Tiffany Young

Dedicated Home Healthcare Manager bringing in 10+ years of team management, business development, and operations management. She started her career as a Home Health Aide 20+ years ago and has a passion for working with the elderly.

JoAnn Thibault

30 years of Healthcare Management, including home health care, private home care services, management of para-professionals and licensed healthcare workers. An avid communicator with a primary focus on marketing and presentations educating the public on quality senior service resources and options.

Shubhana Tomar

10+ years in Home Care Management bringing with her varied experiences in team management, oversight, growth and development. Her experience spans from private duty, medical and non medical homecare. She started her clinical career at Mass General Hospital and determined early on that assisting the Geriatric population in the comforts of their home was her ideal career path.

Amanda Bumin

Since getting her CNA certification while in high school in 2005, Amanda has since dedicated her entire professional career to helping seniors and their families. She is dedicated to helping honor the wishes of those wanting to age safely at home and works hard to support her team to make it happen with great communication, educational support, new resources, and continued training in the field. Bringing empathy, joy, and professionalism to all clients and caregivers is where she finds true success.

Amanda has years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Operations at the community level as an Executive Director, and Regional Operations for multiple communities across New England and NC/SC.

Carrie Gambe

Carrie brought nearly three decades of home care experience to Guardian Angel Senior Services. Having held many positions in home care, from Home Health Aide to Regional Manager, she truly understands the care and compassion one needs to be a caregiver. To Carrie, home care is not just a job, it's a passion, because the work we do is a vital component in supporting elders' needs to stay home, maintaining their independence and dignity.

Carrie's responsibilities include the management and oversight of our Western MA region, encompassing offices in Springfield, Pittsfield, and Amherst. She also manages the Central/West Transitional Assistance program.
